03. Downloadable Technology Lists Abuse Prevention Policy

Refund deductions apply EXCLUSIVELY and SOLELY to downloadable Technology Lists (pre-compiled offline intelligence datasets including Shopify Stores, ClickFunnels Marketers, HubSpot CRM, GoHighLevel Agencies, Calendly Schedulers, Mailchimp Senders, Stripe Processors, Wistia Marketers, Magento Enterprise, etc.). Because curated offline data files cannot be returned or revoked once downloaded to a local computer:

Standalone Price: Each downloadable Technology List carries an established standalone commercial price of $149.00 USD.

Deduction per Downloaded List: If a customer downloads any Technology Lists during the 30-day period and subsequently requests a refund, $149.00 per downloaded list will be deducted from the refund payout (e.g. 1 list downloaded = $149 deducted; 2 lists downloaded = $298 deducted).

Refusal / Denial of Refund: If a customer downloads multiple Technology Lists whose cumulative standalone value equals or exceeds the total purchase price paid for the lifetime plan (e.g. downloading all lists or lists whose value meets or exceeds the purchase price), the refund request will be strictly refused and denied in full.

04. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund within the 30-calendar-day window, send an email to support@xpoudy.com with your account email and transaction ID. Our automated billing audit will verify Technology List download history, calculate any applicable $149 deductions, and issue the remaining refund directly back to your payment method via Stripe within 3–5 business days.
