Question 1

Is Xpoudy really a 100% free Instantly alternative?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Xpoudy is built from the ground up as a 100% free Instantly alternative. You can connect unlimited mailboxes across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and private SMTP, build multi-step cold email sequences, and warm up your entire domain fleet with zero monthly software bills.

Question 2

How does Xpoudy compare as a free Smartlead alternative?

Accepted Answer

Like Smartlead, Xpoudy provides a unified master inbox (Unibox), dynamic spintax personalization, and automated mailbox rotation. Unlike Smartlead, which charges $94 to $174+ per month, Xpoudy delivers the entire sending engine completely free forever.

Question 3

Does Xpoudy include free email warmup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Autonomous peer-to-peer (P2P) email warmup is included at zero cost. Our engine gradually ramps up sending volume over 14 days, handles AI thread replies, and automatically pulls warmup emails out of spam folders into Primary to build high sender reputation.

Question 4

What makes Xpoudy a 100% free cold outreach platform?

Accepted Answer

We operate a decentralized, lean infrastructure model. You bring your own sending domains and verified prospect lists; we provide the enterprise sequence scheduler, warmup mesh, and analytics engine with no subscriptions or credit card requirements.

Question 5

Can I connect unlimited Google Workspace and Outlook inboxes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are no artificial inbox limits or per-mailbox tiers. Whether you are running 5 mailboxes or 500 across multiple domains, you can connect them all and scale your outreach without hitting paywalls.

Question 6

Why is Xpoudy free? How does the company make money?

Accepted Answer

The core outreach engine—unlimited inboxes, sequences, warmup, and unibox—will remain 100% free forever. In the future, we plan to offer optional paid marketplace add-ons (such as premium B2B lead data and dedicated private IP pools) for teams that want extra convenience.
